ABOUT SHANNON

This Febuary 12th 2014, Shannon turned 20 in jail. He was the only black person in the cul de sac when the police responded the night a crime was commited. 

The victim implicated her daughter in the crime.

The Franklin County Sherieff's department arrested Shannon and charged him with twelve felonies.

They then released a bizarre story to the press.

He continues to serve an infinity jail sentence, 365 days and counting....WITHOUT A TRIAL! 

There is not even a trial date  insight.

His family wants him home NOW.

 

Shannon is a high school graduate. He is very well mannered. He loves music and the arts. He was never taught how to be prejudice or bigotted in any way. He sees all people as human beings and has friends from diverse cultures.

 

He deserves to live his life not to be behind bars. He is not a wild animal. Please join with us in demanding an immediate trial or immediate release from the Franklin County DA.

 

NOBODY deserves to be treated like this. Least of all Shannon. His mental health continues to deteriorate wtih the passing of 2 court dates without as much as an appearence before the judge. Please sign the petion at the top of the page and let's BRING SHANNON HOME!
